For the safety of your pet and me, visits may be delayed in severe weather. I will always communicate any changes with you.
Your keys and home information are kept confidential and secure. Keys are returned to you promptly after services are complete.
I am happy to administer medications as directed by you. Please provide clear instructions for dosage and timing.
